Living and 🌼Learning

What does FREEDOM mean to you?

The poet Mary Oliver asks, "What is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?" And the apostle Paul writes in 2 Corinthians, "Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom."
As we prepare to celebrate Independence Day with family and friends I'm reminded that we all have the freedom to choose our response to every human interaction. And while we may have learned the blessings of forgiving and showing grace to others, I wonder if we've applied this forgiveness to ourselves? I've spent far too much time judging myself harshly... telling myself I should have done this or that better or differently.
As we reflect on freedom in this season, would you join me in turning down the volume on our regrets? Let's celebrate our freedom.
